About Us

Established in 2016, Premier Montessori Academy (PMA) opened its first location in the Bridgeport area to meet the growing need for quality and authentic full-day Montessori education in Richmond and its surrounding areas.

In 2023, we went through the process to proudly become an AMI accredited school. This means we offer Montessori programs aligned with Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) principles. At PMA we believe in and support the achievements of each child and their families by setting a foundation necessary for a future of success and happiness. Our thoughtfully prepared classrooms in addition to our dedicated, passionate, and professionally trained staffs offer the perfect caring and nurturing environment to support your child’s natural growth and development.

 

Our mission is to provide children the opportunity to develop mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually to their maximum potential.

To continue providing authentic Montessori programs in our area, we are currently in the process of opening another location in the Burnaby Metrotown area in 2025.
