About Us

Established in 2016, Premier Montessori Academy (PMA) opened its first location in the Bridgeport area to meet the growing need for quality and authentic full-day Montessori education in Richmond and its surrounding areas. Our second location, in the Ironwood area, opened its doors in January 2020. Our mission is to provide children the opportunity to develop mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually to their maximum potential.

Both locations offer Montessori programs aligned with Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) principles. Our Bridgeport location offers two Toddler programs (for children 12 months to 3 years) and two Preschool & Kindergarten programs (for children 3 years to 6 years of age). Our Ironwood location offers three Toddler programs and two Preschool & Kindergarten programs.
